Filling Our Buckets

I read this book to my class to get them thinking positively to start the new year. My students loved it, and have been trying to think of ways to fill each others' buckets ever since!  See my blog at Elementary Matters to see some of their wonderful ideas for bucket filling!

Bucket Filling!

I survived the first day! My bucket runneth over today with my wonderful students and I am excited to start doing bucket filling with them in the next week or so.

Until that time, Marygrove College has posted a blog post that I wrote all about bucket filling and is hosting a linky party for you to share your best bucket filling tips and ways to keep the program successful and exciting for your students all year long.

Lots of Updates- Facebook, Classroom Pics, and a Guest Blogger!

It's been a busy few days over at my blog... yesterday the college I received my Master's degree from guest blogged, I started a Facebook page for my blog, AND I just uploaded some new classroom pictures for my Bucket Fillers, class jobs, and check out chart for my take home literacy bags which I call "Thursday Book Bags"!
